NEW YORK — U.S. markets pared heavy losses from early Monday morning after Mexico said it has reached an agreement with President Donald Trump to put the tariffs on hold for a month.
Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said the duties will be paused while the two sides negotiate an agreement.
