HONG KONG — Downsizing financial institutions and an increase in empty offices in Hong Kong are paving the way for a resurgence of flexible workspace operators.
Krystal Chun, a 23-year-old financial headhunter, has relocated her office twice in the past three years. Initially located in a first-tier building in Central, the city’s core business district, they have now settled for more cost-effective digs three stations away.
