HANOI — Vietnamese conglomerate Vingroup plans to spend up to $30 billion on renewable energy projects and a liquefied natural gas-fueled power station.
The massive investment plan was included in a proposal from Vingroup — sent to government leaders — to develop Vietnam’s power grid, according to local media reports.
