SEOUL — A Seoul district court cancelled the arrest of South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol on Friday, citing a technicality in the process of filing a criminal charge.
The Seoul Central District Court said prosecutors’ indictment of Yoon for alleged insurrection came after his 10-day arrest period had expired.
