TOKYO — ANA Holdings will order a one-time record of 77 new aircraft from a variety of manufacturers for about 2.2 trillion yen ($14.7 billion) based on list price, the Japanese airline announced on Tuesday, looking to tap increasing global air travel demand.
The carrier aims to boost fleet size 20% from 2024 levels to about 320 aircraft by fiscal 2030. The 77 new aircraft will be introduced between fiscal 2028 and fiscal 2032.
