WASHINGTON — Donald Trump was sworn in as U.S. president for the second time on Monday in the U.S. Capitol, capping a remarkable political comeback.
The oath was administered by the chief justice of the Supreme Court, John Roberts. Trump was officially sworn in as president after he repeated the 35-word presidential oath.
