SEOUL — A second motion to impeach South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol is to be put to a vote on Saturday afternoon, as more lawmakers in his ruling party back the bid.
Yoon faces intensifying public calls for him to leave office after his short-lived imposition of martial law on Dec. 3 plunged the country into a crisis.
